Corex
Years ago when DS Graphics was bidding for our
business I was skeptical. After all, you were
just breaking into the assembly and fulfillment business, and I was the new Vice President at Corex. The wrong decision could surely put Corex
out of business.
I remember sitting across from you at Jacks favorite
restaurant and asking all of you point blank.
"I am taking a big chance with you, can you
do it?" You all sat there, looked me in the
eye, and gave me your word that you would not
let me down. Two years later the proof is in the
pudding! I can say without hesitation that i made
the right decision. DS Graphics has never let
me down, they have never said we can't, they have
come through on every critical occasion. I'm not
saying that it is perfect, but you can overlook
the smaller issues when the important ones are
getting done - Shipping Product. It is refreshing
to know in this age of lawsuits and cut throat
practices, that you can still depend on a person's
word of honor and personal integrity. Thank you

Production Resources…
Hey all-
Just got off the phone with Fred... Thought I
would share...
The designer of the piece thought it looked absolutely
"stunning" and you made him feel proud
of his work. The truck driver that delivered the
product to the end customer, Partners, said in
all his years of delivering product, he has never
seen a customer do back flips over product like
the woman did when she saw the pocket folders.
Designer is looking forward to sending more business...
Thanks to all who had a hand in this project.
I know we had to do our own back flips to make
it happen.
Hi Naomi,
I wanted to let you know that I got the samples
of Wines of Europe and they look great! The Wines
of France book also turned out really well. My
client got her first box of the Wines of France
and thought they looked great. I have not heard
from her about Wines of Europe, though.
2 more jobs well done!

Rhonda,
Even before I receive the Annual Report, I wanted
to tell you how impressed, again, I am with the
service at DS Graphics. Sandie Magoon and Joel
have been responsive, concerned, and working extra
hard to assure CTF's Annual Report looks great.
I also heard from our designer that Dean was very
helpful in pre-press.
The production level of this Annual Report is
a career high, so far, for me. The complicated
paper arrangements, printing requirements, and
other specifications make this the most sophisticated
piece I've managed. I have the greatest confidence
that your team will deliver a product that will
enhance the image of Children's Trust Fund. I
proudly will show this piece for years.
Please extend my thanks to Sandie, Joel, Mark,
and whoever else was involved. And, of course,

Sundance…
Hey all.
The Windbreaks look great!! Slowly but surely
the samples have gotten around here at Sundance
and everyone is very excited. I'd like to thank
everyone involved for their care and attention
throughout the project.
The proofing and production of 133 titles seemed
to go through like clockwork. This was a very
large project for us and it went without a hitch
thanks to some excellent planning and customer
service.
Pre-press went very efficiently and without a
problem - everyone was especially impressed with
the booked 2060 proofs!
The printing was bright and clean and looks great.
It was nice to have the confidence to let the
guys run without having to be there for approvals.
Finally, the experimental square back binding
was a huge success! It came out just as we were
hoping. It increased the perceived value of the
books while saving us lots of money.
We also appreciate the time you spent with us
during a few press approvals. They were very informative
trips - especially for some in the group who had
never visited a printing plant before. Everyone
was very impressed with the plant and especially
the people.
Thanks again to everyone on the DS Graphics team
for a job well done!

The Corporate Press...
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that Mike Kadetsky
from The Corporate Press just called me and could
not thank me enough for the excellent quality
and quick delivery of the brochure that we printed
for them. He thought that the finished product
truly looked amazing and said that we hit a home
run on this job!

KRONOS…
Kronos utilizes a Supplier Rating System to
evaluate performance based on quality and on time
delivery.
A shipment is considered on time if it is no more
than 5 days early and zero days late.
Their goal is for 100% in both categories.
The report for the entire month of May is as
follows:
On Time Delivery: 100%; 13 for 13
Quality: 100%; total of 1428 pieces with 0 rejects.
It doesn't get any better than that!
