Team Share
TeamShare™ is a web-based system that allows
you to collaborate with all parties involved in
managing your project.
The system allows authorized users
to upload, search for and download files from
your dedicated TeamShare™ File Area. The working
group can exchange any information critical to
the process such as Action Items, Quality
Standards, Specifications, Bills of Material,
Logo Files, Order History/Forecasts, Purchase
Orders, Corrective Actions and Shipping
Schedules.

TeamShare™ - Process

Authorized users upload files
into the applicable dedicated TeamShare™ File
Area. Customized definition of File Areas to
your specific needs.

The files are stored with a
login, date and time stamp, with part number,
rev and description fields available as
additional input data to identify the
files.

Files cannot be deleted or
edited once posted and files are time and date
stamped.

When the file is uploaded an
automated e-mail is sent to your working
group.

Members of the group can access
the files to view or download.

Comprehensive ability to search
for files by Part, Rev, Filename and Date
Range.

When a part number is input at
the time of upload, the file is linked to the
Part Number in DS's PicPacPlus™ production
system.
