Web and Sheetfed

DS Graphics¹ print manufacturing equipment extends beyond the traditional offset press, to include 10 color sheetfed presses, with in-line coating units as well as web presses capable of printing 640,000 pages per hour. Our system is supported by closed loop quality control, ensuring that each sheet is matched from the first to the very last. On-line data collection at each station allows us to capture real time job status, benefiting our clients with up to minute information, and also allowing us to track the quality and performance of each press.

As an ISO 9001-2000 registered organization quality is paramount. At DS Graphics we take pride in maintaining higher print quality and repeatability than industry standard. All presses are maintained with print tests and color matching on a regular basis, ensuring the best performance and quality at all times.
