Our assembly department is the cornerstone of the Fulfillment Center. It currently has 30 full time employees as well as a number of flexible personnel. Assembly is responsible for the manufacturing of hundreds of thousands of kits each year. All of this was accomplished at a quality rating that exceeded 99.8%.

Final Assembly & Packaging
DS assembles packages, communications collateral and promotional products to exact client specifications. Our time-tested procedures include in-process quality control, comprehensive assembly instructions and visual demonstrations for every product configuration. This ensures the highest quality delivery of finished components and kits.

Fulfillment
DS Graphics' proven experience enables us to satisfy each client's unique project fulfillment needs. Our shipping experts have a thorough understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements and customs
regulations. This ensures accurate, cost-effective, on-time delivery worldwide. The fulfillment area is responsible for shipments of tens of thousands of orders - over 99.7% of them completed within 24 hours from receipt of the order. We have contracts in place with all major carriers as well as a variety of freight companies providing LTL services. Our consolidated manifest shipping stations allow us to ship, track and report confirmations in an automated fashion.
