DS Graphics offers assembly, fulfillment and mail-house services in our state of the art 135,000 sq. ft facility.

Final Assembly & Packaging
DSG manufactures and assembles software packages and communications collateral to exact client specifications.

Our tested procedures include in-process quality control, comprehensive assembly instructions and visual demonstrations for every product configuration. This ensures the high quality delivery of finished components or kits.

Kit Assembly
Our assembly department is one of the cornerstones of the Fulfillment Center. It currently has 30 full time employees as well as a number of flexible personnel. Assembly was responsible for the manufacture of over 10,700,000 kits that utilized over 30,800,000 parts. All of this was accomplished at a quality rating that exceeded 99.8%.

Fulfillment
DS Graphics' proven experience enables us to satisfy each client's unique project fulfillment needs.

Our shipping experts have a thorough understanding of domestic and international shipping, requirements and customs regulations. This ensures accurate, cost-effective, on-time delivery worldwide. The fulfillment area is responsible for shipments of tens of thousands of orders – over 99.7% of them completed within 24 hours from receipt of the order.

Carriers used DS Graphics include: UPS, DHL, Airborne, and Federal Express as well as a variety of freight companies for ground transit. We have in-house manifest systems for all of the above carriers, as well as two installations of the Pitney Bowes' Ascent Logistics Software system. This allows us to ship, track, and report confirmations in an automated fashion.
